This Terms of Use explain how Farmers Edge Inc., doing business as Corvian, and its group of subsidiary companies, including Farmers Edge (US), Inc. Farmers Edge (Brasil) Consultoria Em Ativadades Agricolas Ltda., and Corvian Labs, also referred to as “Corvian”, “us”, “our”, and “we”), collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you access our websites, mobile applications, or services, including the following websites (the “Sites”):

If Corvian is found liable for any claim relating to these Terms or the Site, our total liability shall not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid directly to Corvian for use of the Site, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corvian, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

- your misuse of the Site;
- your violation of applicable laws; or

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought before the courts located in Manitoba, Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corvian regarding your use of the Site.
